At Matrix Tech Media, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, SEO, website development, and branding services. We outline our cancellation and refund policies clearly below to ensure transparency.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients can cancel ongoing monthly retainer services (SEO, social media management, Google/Meta Ads management) by providing a 30-day written notice via email. Service setup fees and advertising spend spent directly on Google/Meta platforms are non-refundable.

2. Website Design & Development Refunds

For custom website or application development projects:

  • The initial project deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is requested in writing within 3 days of payment, before any discovery calls or planning wireframes start.
  • No refunds will be issued once design mockup files are completed and delivered to the client for feedback.
  • For milestones already completed and approved by the client, no refunds are eligible.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing

SEO services are long-term strategies. Because keyword positioning and crawling search indexes are controlled by third-party search engines (Google, Bing), Matrix Tech Media does not guarantee specific ranking positions. Consequently, no refunds can be offered for monthly SEO hours already completed.

4. Ad Management Spend

Any budget allocated for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram campaigns is billed directly by Google or Meta. Matrix Tech Media has no control over these ad platforms and cannot issue refunds on ad budget spent on these channels.
