Payments for services are outlined in the project proposal or quotation. Marketing retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Custom development projects require a deposit (typically 50%) before work starts. Late payments may result in suspension of services or campaign pauses.
Unless otherwise stated, Matrix Tech Media and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Matrix Tech Media. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Matrix Tech Media for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Upon full payment for custom design or development services, all ownership rights of the final customized assets (websites, graphics, code base) are transferred to the client. Matrix Tech Media retains the right to show completed designs in our portfolio gallery.
In no event shall Matrix Tech Media, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services. Matrix Tech Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or campaign performance metrics (including traffic drops or ad budget fluctuations).
